CLIFF BODRUM RESTAURANT & BAR
This year we are pleased to announce that our main restaurant is renovated to serve you better with a new name; the Cliff. It is imagined to redefine traditional Aegean dining by adding techniques used in the Peruvian and Japanese cuisines.
The Cliff restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with an ever-changing view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. On the menu you will find creative, zesty Aegean mezzes re-imagined by the talented Allium chefs. Crispy sourdough breads will be baked in the woodfire oven as the chefs are adding their final touches to the mezzes and the seafood varieties.Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available at The Cliff.

THE BEACH BAR
Open from mid-morning to late afternoon the Beach bar offers guests the opportunity to sip on a morning espresso or cappuccino, one of the various grill options for lunch, enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon or simply be tempted by one of the many creative cocktails prepared by the team of barmen. Whichever you choose, make sure you don’t miss out on a swim from the resort’s private beach.

The Cliff Bar presents innovative signature cocktails during daytime with great food pairings. An extensive wine list includes wines from well known local or boutique Turkish producers as well as international wines from reputable wine houses. Should you prefer; a wide selection of spirits, cognacs, whiskeys, craft beers are also available at the Cliff Bar.
