At Allium Bodrum, our gardens are a tribute to the lush beauty of Bodrum’s transformation. Inspired by the Fisherman of Halicarnassus, Cevat Şakir Kabaağaçlı, who introduced seeds from around the world to the region, we continue his legacy with a vibrant array of endemic and exotic plants. At the heart of our gardens is the Allium flower, a symbol of good fortune and prosperity that gives our resort its name.
